At the moment we are in the process of organising a new festival in Munster. It will be a ticketed event in private land. Max attendance will be 250. Do i need permission from the local counil, gardai or an event licence? Can the gardai legally block this if they wanted to? Any advice welcome.:D

We don't do legal advice per the charter. Now, I'd recommend you budget for a solicitor and then go speak with one.
