DCU student accomodation

Hi, we have a house with 6 single bedrooms there are already 4 of us 3 girls and 1 guy all second years and we are looking for 2 more to live with us males or females.
House is less than 5 minute walk from DCU very near Shanowen halls and works out at less than €300 a month for rent.
Anyone interested in sharing?

I am a 20 year old male. I am half Spanish and half Irish. This academic year I will be attending DCU as a postgraduate student in Intercultural Studies.

I am interested in renting out a room if possible. Is there still one available?

We have a room just off collins avenue in whitehall....
House is lovely there is 3 of us in it at the minute.... the room we have left is a double room. 2 of my friends are in dcu and im working ages are 19-21. We have a driveway and a big back garden,big kitchen and sitting room too. We are close to all the busses and dcu is only 10 mins down the road anyway. The estate is very quiet and everyone is lovely.

Hi Alberto! We are looking for someone to share our apartment. There's a single room ensuite with a double bed available. The apartment is fully furnished ( fridge, freezer, oven, dish washer, dryer, wash machine and microwave) and close to O'Connel St, supermarkets, shopping mall, etc. We're three easygoing guys who are hard workers and cooks very well.


You are welcome to this friendly environment! Call me to arrange a visit to our apartment!

Rent will be 500 euros per moth plus electricity, internet and gas bill.
