Just seen the latest in the 'pay what you want' Humble Bundle series of indie game compilations (DRM-free):

It states "All of the games work great on Mac, Windows, and Linux." - and redeemable on "Steam and Desura"

You can choose your own price, but, be generous please - the money goes to charity/developers as you choose

just a bump to say that another game has been added to the bundle...Steel Storm: Burning Retribution...and to add to that, if you buy the bundle, you can play Minecraft for free til August 14th.

you get a code that you can redeem here...if anyone wants mine, PM me. i've already bought Minecraft so it's no good to me

go to the download page from your email when you bought the bundle. it's there below the steam/desura options.

oh, and Steel Storm automatically adds to your Steam account as well if you've redeemed it there. haven't checked desura but i presume it's the same

Now with 5 extra games! they've added the contents of the 2nd bundle as well, just pay more than the average and you'll get them.

so basically pay a little more than $5 and get 11 games and access to Minecraft til the 14th!

which games exactly can be added to steam (as i won't be playing now but they may be handy at some point)?

Every game that is in bundle no 2& 3 can be added to steam

Wow, just two of the games in the 2nd Bundle (Braid and Machinarium) are worth far more than $5 alone, I'd place a fair value of $10 on the two!

Already own them both, but I spent over the average to get the lot. Such a great idea.

Average Windows payment - $4.47
Average Mac payment - $7.16
Average Linux payment - $11.80

Atom Zombie Smasher has just been added to the bundle too. Going all out for the 3rd bundle!

Heard about the previous ones, and said I'd shell out a few quid for the pack, especially since they added more games...it's always the little ones that are the most addictive!! Love Machinareum...makes my head hurt in a good way!... some fierce addictive games for a bargain of a price!! Even the feel good factor of donating part of it to charity is there!

the only negative is the fact I bought this in the middle of my repeats..
