Hopefully someone can explain to me my little query.

I got a guy out to install a new dish.
Currently its set for 28' East,

I would like to be able to watch a few premiership games at the weekends but by looking at the link given as to what channels they are on some seem to be at 19.2' and 4.8'

Is it possible for me to pick these channels up?
Would i need a motor or 2 extra LNB's? 1 for each position?

At the moment i think its a quad LNB thats on the dish as i ran in 2 twin cables for him.

Its then split in the attic and is being sent to 3 different rooms in the house each having their own sat box.

    Thanks in advance.

Guess thats a sky dish you have up?

You wont get much with that..

Prob get the strong transponders on 19 and 13 east...

You have a choice of a motor and a multi lnb set up...

But you'll need a much bigger dish...

A subscription card for what ever pack you want..

    A good lnb...

Guessing its Viasat of 5 east your after...

Have a 1m here in Kerry and can't get it..

Its very hard to pick up in Ireland as its on the Nordic beam...

Lots of footie on 19,16,13,7 east, 0.8w and 30west which are all receivable with a decent dish, but you need a sub!

    What reciever are you using??

I see thought there might have been a few free to air foreign channels that had a couple of matches.

I have 2 different receivers, one is a hd multibox for the rte channels and satellite and the other is one i picked up in Lidil a few years back.

I really have no idea on how the whole thing works,
But my main confusion was if i needed a motor or just more LNB's to pick up the different satellites.

You wont get anything fta anymore mate!

There was the PLTV channel on 10 east last year, it was fta for the final few months but thats encrypted in biss now, along with any other fta channel that shows prem league...

Is that a sky hd box you mean?

You'll need a bigger dish and the motor or multi arm is up to you...

I dont think its a skybox just a satellite/saorview box in one.

    Thanks for the reply,
Ill just use the net to stream any games i dont have, prob a better option for me.
