Error 1015??

    Is this error caused only by attempts to downgrade the iPhone or can it just happen when you try to sync a phone on a different PC as is the case with a friend?

    according to apple 1015 is only caused by an attempt to downgrade

    Thanks guil. I thought as much. My feeling is he updated by mistake in iTunes, lost his jailbreak then tried to downgrade or something. He said as soon as he plugged it in to my PC the connect to iTunes icon came up. He's blaming me.

    Apple itunes have stopped down grade.

    The new update should have a crack for it

    What ios are You running Apple blocked down grade from any itunes if You installed and old version of itunes something around version 6 download an ios of the one You want

    I'm on 4.3.3 and only restored to it the other day using the shsh blobs
