My mam has a Kaon box, unsure what model it is. On Sunday the screen went blank, checked the signal on it and both sound and picture was at 0%. Got her to turn it off for a while and then turn it back on but still nothing. I told her to leave it off then until I had a look at it. Had a look at It yesterday but now it won't turn on at all. Box is showing no signs of power at all, no lights on the display at all. I've tried changing fuses and plugs etc but still nothing. The box is still off today.

I'm just wondering is there any known problems with them that could answer for what's happening or is there anything I could try to get it back working again.

    Is it a 660 HD ?

Sound like the PSU/or items on the Power board are blown. If you are handy with electronics you could probably identify the blown capacitors with a voltage meter and try and replace them yourself.

    Otherwise contact Kaon.
