    Hi all,

washing machine is busted. There is still some water in the drum. Any ideas how to clear the water out before I remove it?

It's a hotpoint aquarius washer dryer.

    Many thanks.

If you hold the drain hose down below the level of the drum in to a basin or something, gravity will make the water flow out.

If you can get it outside, water and all, then open the fluff filter that is in most washing machines, it'll flow out and not flood the place on you.

How is it "busted"? Sure its not just a blocked fluff filter stopping it draining?
