location of air filter on renault trafic ???

    hi all

    im wondering if anyone can tell me where the air filter is under the bonnet of my 2005 renault trafic van ? i cant see ehere it is.


    the van has become smokey and im working through a few possible causes.

    Is it down the front from the top, i think its a plastic filter housing.

    il look again later, i checked the owners manual but it doesnt mention it in it. ive change all my old car air filters without any problem, but this one seems to be hidden....

    Bang on top of the engine, 3 flat screws hold it in.

    I had this problem a few weeks ago, was amazed to find it in the plastic housing on top of the engine. Its right in front of you on top of the engine, couple of screws holding it down.
