Hi, Would anyone know of a good place to source data re housing costs per sqm in other countries/capital cities. You often see it used for office space and it seems to be used in the US a lot. I'd like to compare Dublin with cities of similar size, living standards etc. I think it would be a useful tool in my/our arsenal…

Hi,

Would anyone know of a good place to source data re housing costs per sqm in other countries/capital cities. You often see it used for office space and it seems to be used in the US a lot. I'd like to compare Dublin with cities of similar size, living standards etc. I think it would be a useful tool in my/our arsenal along with the fair value concept (rental yield) and other determining factors.
