How much to Tint Paint?

Does anyone know how much paint shops charge to tint paint? I have a shed load of 10 Litre Mat water-based paint but its a boring white color. I was hoping to give it a simple cream/off white tint. Can your average Joe bring his own Paint to a Paint store and have it tinted? Or would you be told to get stuffed if you hadnt…
