Automator service not appearing in list

Hi, I just followed a tutorial to make a merge PDF's automator service. It says at the end of the tutorial that i should be able to see the service i made when i right click on the PDF's i want to merge. It doesn't even appear when i click on the app name and the services menu item. I'm using Lion, any ideas ? Thanks
