Sea area forecast RTE 6 am

    Maybe i was half asleep but the format of the above seemed strange. Instead of the usual reports from the various stations like Roches Point etc there was reference to sea crossings. I must have been dreaming?

    lol! As vital as it is to some people, I think that forecast sends a lot of others back to sleep! It's too late now but were that to happen again you could always double check it against the text version on Aertel Online

    At this time of year with the ferries jammed full of tourists heading to the UK and France they probably throw in some info on whether the sea will be rough on the various routes, it would make sense in July and August.
