Grant application in 2nd year

    Hey guys this is probably a very stupid question but I'd appreciate the help!
    So I'm going into the 2nd year of my course in September. I didn't apply for the grant last year as I knew my family's income was just outside the bracket.
    However, this year I would qualify due to changed circumstances.(and could really do with it)

    But can I apply for the grant if I didn't apply for it in first year?
    Again sorry if this is a stupid question the forms just seem really aimed towards those entering first year?

    Yep you can still apply, with my county council theres a different grant form for existing students

    Yes just apply on the normal form

    It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

    I was in the same position last year, first time application when going into 2nd year and i got it no problem.
