    Hello,
I am desperately searching for these shoes in a size 4, if anybody has seen them in the shops or has them and willing to sell I'd be soooo grateful. They are for my bridesmaid and my Wedding is in 5 weeks! I'd bought her a size 5 as she was in Oz and they are too big!

Hi, I had a quick look on Google/eBay/River Island etc with no luck.

Best bet would be to go into River Island, ask for the code and start ringing around other branches.

Or email them with your plea @ customer.services@river-island.com

    Best of luck!!

Have you tried using insoles or party feet gel pads so they shoes aren't so loose

    Thanks for your replies.

I just emailed them - fingers and toes crossed!

We tried insoles but they're just too big.:(

Just bumping this up in case anybody can help

Unfortunately River Island customer service couldn't help as they can't trace sale items and these went on sale recently.

Size 5 is on Ebay.co.uk (I assume that's not you selling them!). It might be worth asking the seller if they are able to find a pair of size 4s in their River Island. A long shot, I know, but it's worth a try! Maybe ring lots of R.I. branches too, just incase they have a pair on their shelf... I will keep an eye out for them too. Surely there is a pair somewhere! Best of luck.

Thanks so much for your reply, really appreciate it.

I have rung every RI in Ireland and London - no luck!

Really just hoping I can find somebody with them who is willing to sell them to me!

I know you said you tried insoles... but I bought a pair of shoes that were too big and put 2 pairs of insoles in them..
making up under the ball of the feet higher which made the foot more secure then the gel pads on the back.

Fingers crossed you will find them :)

The double insole is definitely worth a try. You could also try a wedding emergency appeal on one of the Irish or British radio stations...?!

I'll be in my local city this evening, so I'll have a look in River Island incase they are hiding on the back of a shelf ;) There has to be at least one pair for sale on the British Isles.

Hi OP, do you by any chance have the style name of the shoes?

If so, have you tried searching it on Google?

I have done this numerous times for various items and have nearly always found the item I am looking for.

Good luck with your search, hopefully you will find them.

I know this sounds a bit silly, but if you're really desperate you could try to remove the flowers from the size 5 shoes and stick them on pair of plain lilac peep toes.
I assume you need these exact shoes because you have other bridesmaids with the same ones? Even if you didn't find them I don't think anyone would notice that the bridesmaids have slightly different shoes.

Thanks, I did think of taking the flowers off the original shoes but I can't even find lilac shoes in the shops anymore, all the Autumn stuff is coming in!

Another option is to ditch the bridesmaid!!

I forgot to say that unfortunately there was no sign of them in the shop when I checked. Have you had any luck?

Do you think you will get the other bridesmaids to change from the original shoe and pick a new similar pair, so that they will match? Most people at weddings are too concerned with their own outfit to notice other people's footwear, if that is any consolation. Once one bridesmaid isn't wearing neon yellow shoes, it will look fine ;)
