    Do they exist in ire,is there a neighbour of yours that parents raised their kids on it and now the kids are on it,like what we have in some parts of britain?.

    Have one right down the road from me. Mam,Dad and five horrible kids. They are the only kids on the street causing trouble on a daily basis. Spray painting walls,robbing,shouting abuse at other kids etc... Surprise surprise they are in a council owned house and dad has'nt worked in a PAYE job since the early 90's i **** you not. It's heartbreaking when you hear the mother is pregnant again because you know they are bringing another kid into the world who has'nt got a hope of becoming anything with parents like that.

    I'm sorry but there needs to be some kind of law introduced to stop welfare families from having more than three kids at the most.
