Flight crew film a laser 'attack' whilst low over Moscow

Very easy solution. Turn off all the aircraft lights. Voila stealth mode.

the end is obviously a simulator and I presume they are just showing the effects of a laser in a cockpit when trying to land

Forgive me if I'm wrong but shouldn't the FO have more to be doing on an approach than whipping his phone out to video his surroundings? Especially given the situation where there was potential for the crew to be temporarily blinded, you'd like to think that the FO could seemlessly take over. Wouldn't look like it in this case!
