False suspension school

This year i was suspended for 17 days for something I didn't do.
It was proven that I hadn't done anything wrong by evidence and I was let
back into the school. The Board though refused to remove the suspension from
my record and refused to issue an apology letter for their miscarriage of
justice. They know they were wrong but they will not accept it.
Then a few days later I had an argument with the principal over the suspension
and I called him a tyrant in anger and then he expelled me from the school.
Is there anything at all that I can do about this ?

Unlikely, especially if you're a minor, but your parents may be able to do something. They could always start by consulting a solicitor.

I have a sneaking suspicion there may be more to this story than OP is letting on.

A judicial review should be a walkover.

sorry, can't belive you were expelled for calling someone a tyrant. Expulsion is a long process and has to be detailed along the way.
