anyone ever book with cheaptickets.com?? I just booked with them at the weekend but they are saying now I have to pay extra for baggage even though on Lufthansa's website it says 23kg of checked luggage is included in the price. I am flying to Bangkok the 28th of december and the prices were crazy high with skyscanner and all the other websites, still paid €860 for the flight though

Who are you flying with? Is it Lufthansa all the way (connecting in Frankfurt)?

If so, you'll get 23kg allowance no bother, no fees whatsoever. If cheaptickets have routed you on some low fares type carrier then charges are to be expected.

Then cheaptickets clearly have no idea about the products they are selling. Lufthansa do not charge for baggage, even on European domestic routes. You can verify this on the Lufthansa website if in doubt, but if it were me I'd be highlighting this to cheaptickets as a matter of priority.

You should have been given an E Ticket number or Lufthansa reference of some sort, I suggest you use this to log into the LH website and manage your booking yourself.
