Complication with Illness Benefit

Hello everyone, I need some advice in illness benefit matter.

6 weeks ago I went to doctor to do examination (i had problems with my back). Doc gave me 6 weeks with physiotherapist to see if this will help. In that day she gave me illness benefit form (to make IB claim), so I went to welfare and made a claim. After 6 weeks (on monday) I received final certification (on 18/07/2011) which stated that I am fit to work from 25/07/11.

Now the problem begins. As i received this final cert on monday, I went to doc again on wednesday (so 2 days after) for checkup, but examination showed that problem with back is not solved, so I have to do x-ray now. After examination she gave me new IB form, and straight away i went to social welfare to give it to them.

Today I am in social welfare to see if everything is ok with my claim and what am I hearing? My claim is closed, my new IB form is sent to dublin, because there were contradictions!

The problem is that my claim is closed so I am almost sure that i can not get money from s.w.a (I have to call them tomorrow to check it), and my claim is being processed in dublin as I am criminal.

This is madness, can I fix it somehow? I knew I cant trust Welfare's employees, they never explain you anything as they want to close claim by any means. And you know what the fun part was as I was today in social to hear all this crap? After I explained what happened employee was laughing right in my face. This is beyonf everything.

You got a cert last monday (18th) from your doctor declaring you fit to work today (25th). you presented SW with this cert and they closed your claim. Nothing wrong there. On the 20th (Wednesday) you once again became unfit for work. You submitted another cert. Your SW office have decided this new claim, so quickly submitted after the closure of a previous claim, will be processed in Dublin. Why does this mean you cannot trust Welfare employees? why is it crap? Why would you think they want to close your claim? You closed your claim last week! I would redirect my annoyance towards the medical profession if i were you. Either you were recovered from your back injury or you weren't. Did the same doctor declare you fit and then declare you unfit 2 days later?Or is it easier for you to slate minor civil servants sitting behind a desk following strictly laid down procedures, over which they have no discretion, than doctors and specialists who must be treated at all times like Gods?
I dont know why you think you wont get a payment from the CWO while you are waiting. If you are in need and qaulify you will.

yeah, you are right. keep in mind I am short in cash and when I heard about this today from clerk which is laughing at me and cant explain it like you did, I went really mad.

I will call cwo tomorrow and explain this. I know my post seemed like I am steamy, but I dont understand all procedures, and lady behind the counter was unrespectful to me (I did not insulting her or anything like that).

ps. oh and dont look at me like guy who is trying to extend illness benefit, after first examination doc tought it is muscular problem, but after 6 weeks of session with physio with no result it came to making x-ray in this or next week, I am still waiting for call from hospital.

and about doctor - she gave me final cert without final examination..

no one to blame here but yourself,you got a final cert to return to work without seeing the doctor,yet 2 days you went for a check up.

cert was given to me by doctor's secretary, that was my first illness benefit final cert, and I was not aware of procedure, so I went 2 days later for checkup if physio did the work, but he did not, so I have got another (new) IB form.

I dont think I have made a mistake, on top of that I asked if everything is ok.
