    Hi,
I have had health issues since last year and got on the right meds to control it. Then I started getting unwell again about a month and a half ago and started another med which is now under control and I have stopped have symptoms of that problem again. I'm back in work and today had to go off sick again - not for the original problem but for severe drops in energy.

I was very tired when I woke up this morning and had a huge burst of energy on the way into work then it completely dropped and I was falling asleep at my desk. I was also hungry.

I went down to the shop and got something to eat - I was thinking and was still half falling asleep. I then got an idea into my head which rejuvenated me and my energy went up again. A short time later it just completely dropped again.

I'm at home now and I'm going to sleep for the afternoon. Just to point out for the last few weekends I have been working both Saturday and Sunday - it's a personal project that I'm enjoying too but never the less I'm not relaxing completely. I was also working until 2 in the morning last week one day, again on my personal project, that was after working since 9 that morning. I was up at 9 then the following morning.

My diet could be better and I don't exercise. My work is fairly monotonous and most doesn't interest me. I also have some areas to deal with in my personal life which are difficult due to having aspergers.

To top it all off I have been suffering from depression for the last few years and I am only recovering in the last few months - much better mentally now than I have been in years.

What should I do? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
