Based on a level stake 10e stake and 20e for nap I think Ciaren O Connell of the Star is the worst.I like Pat Keane of the Examiner[should be on RTE for Galway].

Dunno about the worst but the biggest tit is defo Claude Duval in The Scum, wouldn't tip shit out of a bucket!

And as for Thommo's Tipping Line at premium rates :rolleyes:

K O C correctly picks a horse in every race yet the Star eulogise about their great tipster when infact if you backed him for level stake you would have lost the house,car,missus and kids by now.

Apart from his duff tips, Claude Duval has to be one of the most annoying hacks in racing. All he ever does is name-drop whenever he appears on The Sunday Forum on ATR. I don't know why they keep bringing him back.

I agree that they should have Pat Keane on RTE racing. Robert Hall couldn't tip his nose and most of the talk before a race is pure waffle.

Why then do they say the best tipster in Europe when in fact he is shocking.Yes the Star and Paddy Power are backing him to raise monies for charity, super idea but as a tipster to make money his record is shocking ,facts do not lie.If im wrong please refer to his tips for every day of the week ,Include Vichy in southern France where alot of rogues resided in 1942.What is value ???

Just look at the tipsters table in the Irish Field to see the best of them. And the worst too. Although it goes on weekend naps, but it's intresting.

In fairness to Hall, he's not a tipster and doesn't claim to be.

I like his style of presentation. Most of the waffle comes from Ted Walsh but at least he knows his waffle.

Agreed about Pat Keane as best tipster.
