FAS Community Employment Scheme

    All,

    I am looking for some help. A friend is currently on the CE Scheme with FAS. His employer is being a stickler for the rules, and keeps on quoting from the Community Employment Scheme Sponsors Manual. Also, they won't give him a copy of this manual (or the relevant sections) or a copy of the employee handbook.

    I was wondering if anybody has an up-to-date copy of the FAS Community Employment Scheme Sponsors Manual, either hardcopy or PDF.

    dont have a copy of it but have a pdf copy

    but just wanted to say that ce employment should be treated the same as any other employment and the laws that are there to protect any employee are the same.
