    Im wondering if anyone can help me with an idea when the upgrade will hit the Dublin 15 area. I’ve been onto broadband support and they couldn’t help me, I remember getting the letter sometime back in May.

    Thanks for any help

    Hi jeffk,

    The upgrage to the 24NGB has no occured as yet. The migrations should complete in the next two weeks. Or you can request the upgraded on:

    http://www.nextgenerationbroadband.ie/

    And enter your details, or you can call 1800 503 303 and they can arrange that for you.
