Because I feel like I'm expanding

Ever since I read a book about the Universe which had a chapter in it about how the Universe is expanding...

Is it possible that everything is expanding at an exponential rate? Including myself, I've the darndest feeling that my head as it is now, is quite possibly equivalent to size of the Earth as it was a week ago

I keep imagining that I'm going to get knocked off this constant at some point and perhaps begin expanding at a greater rate than the rest of the Universe, in which case I may get so big that I'll eventually have to balance atop the Earth on one foot. I'll have no air then?! What do I do, try to scoop out a large crater in the Earth so I can wear it as a helmet, I'll just look ridiculous
