    Hi guys,

    Me and a friend of mine are looking for a person to take a third room in an apartment we are moving into on 1st august.
    Its a really nice place and us 2 are laid back and chilled.

    Im an Aussie/Englishman (29) and my mates Irish/German (29).

    Place is on fitzgibbon street, D1.

    They take rent supplement to if you are on BTEA.

    Im starting college (Science & Physics) in september and my friend is working in town. Were looking for someone easy going to take the third room when we move in.

    Would be ideal for any TCD students or anyone going to college in the city centre or around. its 8 mins walk to o connel street and access is great.

    Theres a roof terrace too and BBQ's already up there.

    hi, is the room still available?
    Is it near to Dublin Institute of Technology which located at Kevin Street, Dublin 8?
    is the 350 including bill?
