Qs about pubs in Cavan

I'm a stout drinker so any answers here would be appreciated... 1. Does any pub in Cavan sell either Murphys stout or Beamish on tap? ... I havent seen either yet. 2. Where is the cheapest pint around Cavan? 3.50 is the cheapest I've found so far, was Guiness, surely there might be somewhere cheaper.
