removing a shock bushing?

    anyone know what kind of tool is needed to do it? or do you even need a tool for it, while im at it anyone know what kind of tool is used to remove a pivot bearing from the pivot housing? (got the actual pivot out but bearing is still attached to the bit i took out)

    You'll just have to fashion some kind of drift, a stepped rod that fits inside your bearing/bush and then tap it out with a hammer, any bearing removed will be damaged so will need to be replaced but there's no way around that!
    Bushings may still be usable.

    put a cap screw that fits into centre of bearing and place on to hard surface and use a hammer , dont beat it like a loony :). or a metal bar brass or copper would do the trick
