Depression or feeling sorry for myself?

    Hi all,
Lately, Ive really noticed a drop in my self confidence.
Ive had trouble with it my whole life really, good days and bad days.
Im becoming more angry with people, less tolerant of people, especially in work. I do my best to hide it though. I feel like Im not in control of my own behaviour really. People are pushing my buttons the whole time. Even playing a game/sport and losing is eating at me for a few days.
Im also day dreaming about the future a lot, wondering where Im going and it doesnt look good. I feel like a mediocre person and a slow learner. I get knocked back easily. Im 30.
I exercise but I dont really get a great pick-up frm it like the experts suggest.

I dont know if its just a lull and Im feeling sorry for myself or is it depression. Whats the difference?

You might benefit most from talking to a professional. You can ask your GP for a referral.
