It's been a long time since I was a JC, but I remember the only thing I brought home that my Mammy was proud of was the apple crumble.
Of course, my old book is long gone, but does anyone have a [grammes and millilitres] recipe? I've tried googling, and all I could find was cheater's recipes that don't involve stewing the apples beforehand- something I thought made my crumble taste much nicer!
