If you feel unwell go to a doctor, don't ask the internet. If you're getting unusual heart-rate readings from your polar you should probably double check by comparing the readings to a manual heart-rate count but then again you probably know yourself what feels right and what feels wrong.

See a doctor, looking for medical advice on the net is a bad idea and against the forum charter.
