    Hi,

I was leafing through the Sunday Independent Sports Supplement. On Page 4, there is a promotional photo at Croke Park for the Ladies Football Golden Boot Award.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the lady on the extreme right holding a soccer ball?

I would have thought that Croke Park is full of gaelic footballs and this is poorly conceived on the promoter's part :)

Considering it was a puma promo, for a puma sponsored comp using a puma football would probably be a key part of the promoters role. Hardly poorly conceived.

The Sunday Independent is the greatest rag in the history of newspapers in Ireland. Don't buy it, and you won't be as offended by it's vacuous, inane, low-brow, tabloidesque, shallow, superficial, dim existence and the mentally unstable sorts who pass as its "columnists" and opinion formers. I write it out in a verse: Harris, Myers, O'Hanlon, Dudley Edwards, Fanning - wherever intelligence is found, these people are absent.
