If we as tax payers all went on strike would the PS realise how much they rely on the private tax payer to pay their wages. Would the union’s et al appreciate the tax payer in the private sector? The only people in my estate going on holidays are the PS. I would like a holiday abroad, for the kids not me. We have to get grinds for them all beside education is not adequate, have to take out private health insurance because god forbid I want them to get the best care immediately.

I'm a public servant and i've not been able to afford a holiday this year and i don't have private health insurance. My son doesn't get grinds either.

I dont think you blame the PS for all the ills of this country. Most PS dont earn crazy money but are paid slightly better than the private sector.
Personally my anger would be more directed at the banks. No pay cuts there, no bonus given back and they claim they cant get a ceo for under 500k:confused:
The average joe is being screwed and having to cut back. This hasnt sunken in to our banking community.

I'm a private sector worker and I'm going on holiday tomorrow. What does this all prove? Nothing at all. But lets start up the carousel and climb on board anyway!

You seem to know everyones business, twitch that curtain once more and tell us are there new cars in your estate and who is buying them?

It's about as relevant as holidays

FFS. This is PS-bashing at the level of "the State gives Nigerians free cars". 24 hour ban.

    moderately,
