Drogheda-Dublin Train Reservation

    Does anyone know why you cannot buy tickets online going from drogheda to dublin? When I put the info in and get to the screen with all the train times there are no boxes to pick which train you want. If you put in dundalk to dublin it does let you do it and its the same train.

    The booking system won't let you a book seat on a commuter train, which makes up the vast majority of services to and from Drogheda. If you want to reserve a seat for what is a relatively short spin, you can book a seat on a Belfast train from Dublin or Belfast though it limits you to far less trains than you could get otherwise.

    i was trying to book it on the enterprise and and it was allowing me to do it for the same train only from dundalk so just wondering why it doesnt let ya in drogheda. got the same price at the station anyway so it was grand
