Synced with another library

    Trying to copy over songs but I cant as it states its synced with another library, dont know how as Ive used the same laptop all the time, I do have a US and UK account though. Im just wondering is there any way of finding out which library and if I erase and sync with this library will it delete the whole phone or just parts?

    I have Spotify installed and I dont want to lose that or have o download the songs again!
