    Hi,

Ive been looking at getting a specialised frame. im currently riding a 54" focus cyclocross. The specialised frame is a 56 just wondering if it'l be too big. Ive heard they have a very relaxed geometry which is why im thinking og changing out the frame. Im 5' 8/5' 9" ish and have a 30" inseem. would it be too big or alright? I wouldnt be in to racing, more so for sportives, long spins etc

56 would probably be too big. Compare horizontal (effective) top tube from the geometry charts.

The Roubaix and Secteur have relaxed geometry.
The Tarmac and Allez have a racier geometry.

A 56 sounds too big for you.
