Have any of you lads any experience with one of these scopes?
What sort of clarity have they when lamping? I Have a hawke nite eye on my .220 swift but I find its not very clear under the lamp out past about 130 yards. I asked my dealer what kind of scopes he has for reasonable money(cant afford to spend massive money on a scope at the min:() and he recommended 3-12 x 56 Bushnell Trophy. Any opinions would be welcome.
    Cheers MKC1

Bushnell are a good scope, never had experience with the trophy but had a Bushnell Banner, good brand around a long time

Save up and buy something called Zeiss,Schmidt&Bender,Swarovski or Kahles to fully exploit the potential in a 220 Swift.

Theres plenty of good second hand scopes going as people upgrade.

I've used the Bushnell Banner on 2lr & 223 very good no faults. Now on the sons 223
I've used the Bushnell Legend on 2lr & 223 very good no faults. Now on the sons 22lr
I have the 3200 10x40 elite tactical now on my 22lr very good no faults. In fact a great little scope
I have the 4200 6-24x50 elite tactical now on both my 223 and 308 very good no faults. In fact these two are great scopes.

Always returns to zero and for the price they are good mid range priced scopes IMO

Cheers for the reply, do you do much lamping? What are they like under the lamp?

We used the Banner (4-12x40) lamping and it was good.
I have the 4200 Elite (6-24x50) on the 223 and was only out last night lamping (first time in 9 months and hit 3) and it is very good, as it alwasy was/is. Clear view and the fox just is the prefect target in these scopes. Using a mix of the Lightforce 170 lamp and LED torch fixed to the scope. They have a thin line mildot reticle but easy to see

It may be me but I rate the bushnell elite scopes highly.

I have no experience with the Trophy range but I have used a Banner 6-24x40 and a Legend 5-15x40 and currently use the Elite 3200 5-15x40 Tactical and could never fault any of them.

Where do you get your Bushnells clive? And how much did the 4200 set you back? Don't think the dealers down these parts carry many Bushnells, had to source mine oversaeas.
