    His loans were already in NAMA. What's new is NAMA has now appointed a receiver meaning this proposed business plan for the properties and associated debt has been taken off the table and the receiver is now charged with managing the properties on behalf of the secured debt holders in this case NAMA.

    And he's walked off with enough bread to start up business near New York.
    If he failed hear I am sure he will fail in the US.
    Some dole head got 12 years for ripping the country off by 250k.
    250 million you get a new life in the states. What a great justice system we have:mad::mad::mad:

    The folks in Greenwich haven't actually welcomed them with open arms and they've found out all about local planning laws the hard way.

    It was bought by Dunne in his wife's name through a trust, there was never any question of her buying it herself. It'll take a little longer and the solicitors and barristers will make a load more money but eventually whatever it's worth will end up in the hands of those he owes money too.

    So far I'd say he's guilty of being a bit of a chancer and paying too much for property. If that's a crime the government better start converting ghost estates into jails pronto because a significant section of the population could be found guilty.
