I have been training on and off for a time now and my weight has been yoyo'ing up and down because of it. So I figured if I start a log then it might motivate me to keep up the training so here goes..

Start Weight: 85kg or 187 lbs
    Height: 5ft 8"

Ill start off doing a run and some light weights for a week or two and see how I progress from there......
