I'm inquiring for a friend who is adopted .He knows the maiden name of his birth mother and also has an address for 10 yrs ago for his birth mother,His birth mother does not live at that address anymore and he is trying to find her new address ,Any suggestions????

Maybe try the phone book? or ask the current residents,next door neighbors if they have a forwarding address.
Do you have her parents address for the time of the birth?
