Ask a few lads in your local gunclub.... one of them surely owns a lab or know someone that owns one.

Donedeal can be good for buying dogs for pets maybe but for working dogs id stay clear just my opinion you can never be sure try local guy's that you no there dogs are working the lab is quiet a common breed so should'nt be that difficult its probably your best bet in the long run
Im sure they are plenty a good dogs on that website its just better knowing what your buying

You have to use your judgement & look at the dogs pedigree. If the right breeding is there then DD is perfect. In fairness anyone that buys crap can only blame themselves not the search engine (but I agree there's a lot of sh**e up there too)

There's a lot of crap out there as regards Labs, a lot of dogs are just bred for pets as they are such a popular breed with families etc...

Your better off talking to someone who is into trialing, that will point you in the right direction.

Boycott DD as there anti's !!!!! Try copperbirch labradors , a man from Armagh and his Labs are being ship all over the world,
winning shows and working at the same time. copperbirch.net I think is the site. I'm sure if he has none he can put u in contact with very good breeders up there.
