Newbie from Wicklow

    Hey Folks,

    I'm only after joining, I'm John, I'm 21 and from County Wicklow.

    Have got myself a .22 CZ and currently swapping my Zabala O/U for a new Semi Auto.

    Have shot a couple of rabbits, pigeons, crows, and one fox so far! Look forward to shooting a few ducks this season all going well... Only new to the shooting scene so all the help would be appreciated, ;)

    You'll find some very knowledgeable people on this boards for just about every possible area you are likely to encounter in shooting and hunting.

    All you need to know about shooting is to buy Remington:D.

    Thanks for the welcome!

    First of all, where can I find more game :p, everywhere around my area is empty... this time last year the place was flooded with rabbits and foxes. And I haven't shot half as much this time round.

    Looking to shoot some duck aswell, is there anywhere around Wicklow I can apply for permission to shoot them or is there anyone willing to bring me and a friend on a duck hunt this season?? :D
