They are reporting from the rebel side, unless its friendly fire incident, then most likely people shooting at them are Gaddafi forces in that conflict.

Enemy forces could easily be out of sight making those shots (guns have very long range) any Afghan footage is eerily similar to this, just the "cracking" whizz of supersonic bullets and no enemy in sight. Some people cowering, some people standing straight up, its common in any conflict, some are battlehardened, some aren't.

Its a fairly weak case from a dubious site with an obvious agenda.

Besides aren't you the guy who thinks that Germany didn't start WW2?
