    Offline or online?

    If you're using a hotspot like the Huawei E585 or similar, to access the '3 wifi homepage' (Admin panel), the following will usually work.

    http://192.168.1.1/

    If you mean online, to access topping up services etc, for PAYG (pay as you go) customers, then this URL will get you there.

    https://my3.three.ie/myaccount/index.do
