Making your vehicle eligible for online taxing

    When I ring the phone number it puts me onto a machine and there are no options to make your vehicle eligible for online taxing so I say "other" (which is one of the options they give you) and the machine can't understand what I'm saying so it says "let me put you onto a representative" or something like that but rather than putting me onto a human it just says "please call 1890 411 412 (the number I rang in the first place) and choose one of the options". Phenomenally ****e phone system they have there. Is there any way to make your vehicle eligible for online taxing besides going into the motor taxing office?
