    Hi Everyone!

I have an interview coming up in a Jesuit School. A friend who has been interviewed here before has been helping me with questions for the interview. Most are ok but this is one question that she was asked that stumped her. Is there anyone out there who could help me with this question? Or tell me where I could read up on it. The school website is helpful but doesn't answer this question.

    Thanks a bunch everyone! :)

Thanks MB! That's incredible. Why is there absolutely nothing about all this in the Dip? Do they train you about it when you start to work in the school? Do all other schools have this kind of indepth ethos?

You are taught about the idea of an ethos. There is no way you would be expected to be taught about the ethos for every school in Ireland.
