Shutdown problems with Mac OS X Lion

    Hey, is anyone having this problem? I installed Mac OS X Lion the other night and my laptop (Macbook Pro 13") won't shut down

    Define "won't shut down". Does the shut down start at all, or does it get stuck during it?

    Yeah the shutdown starts but it stays on the shutdown screen. It's happened two days in a row now. Last night I shut it down when going to bed and left it open on my desk as I thought it would take a while. It was still shutting down when I woke up this morning :(

    Restart --> Backup --> Clean install --> Reload files & apps from backup.
