Mr. William Pawelec was a U.S. Air Force computer operations and programming specialist with numerous credentials in security technologies and access control systems. He gave this interview with Dr. Greer prior to the 2001 National Press Club Disclosure event and asked that it not be released until after his death. Mr. William Pawelec passed away on May 22, 2007 and we received permission to release it in December 2010

• Security specialist, consultant, businessman, William Pawelec, served the military industrial complex and high-tech firms for many years. He was involved in the security aspects of many Black projects (and possibly even above Black projects). William Pawelec revealed what he knew about the secret government/s (or 4 Horsemen as he termed it), their strange hidden agendas, UFOs AVC (Alien Visitation Crafts), anti-gravity …. etc.
• He knew for a fact that the secret government has made billions of implantable RFID chips. He also explained his involvement in the RFID implantable microchip technology/field for a few decades. He was the person who brought the technology to the MIC, USDA, CIA, NSA, NRO …. demoed and explain its capabilities. He highlighted that he already had passive RFID chips that could be detected 1 mile away. He said these chips could be modified to monitor the conditions of the human body (mind control?) and other aspects…etc.

Even if you dont believe this stuff its fascinating to watch and hear...Even more interesting that he wanted it kept quiet till he died..Adds to the mystery lol

Thx for the post. I wonder how many other witnesses greer has yet to release. What yer man talks about kinda backs up disclosure projects hypothesis that abductions are man made does it not? I always wondered why greer got a bit impatient when the issue of abductions came up.

Yer man gives himself away at the end, seems a bit biased towards a certain party , altho we wont hold that against his overall presentation. Interesting stuff.

Hi I find all these conspiracy theories great entertainment, some of them are such bull, but when you research the info it can lead to info that you didn't think oculd be true but it is..Not sure this UFO stuff is real or not, but would make for a great film. Greer believes and he got hundreds of witnesses who have top security clearance from different armies, like US and UK, and others from different back grounds like radar and the likes..

Interesting stuff alright..Love the way this documentary ties in with the other conspiracy theories and the likes of Aaron Russo's tale of the RFID chips being mass implanted into people, which ties in with the bible lol..

Really need a good flick or two with all these theories, it would be savage..Have all the characters like Alex Jones and the likes..

I often thought it would be great to do a movie based on another planet with all these characters..

Havent watched it yet, might get around to that sometime soon.
I dont really prescribe to the idea that Et's are near earth or have visted recently(by human standards of time).
But the rfid stuff sounds interesting.
There are already patents out pertaining to mind control through various forms of stimulation,some by light waves others by electircal pulses on the skin etc.But alot of that was with monitors and tv's that sort of technology.But i wouldnt be suprised if it can be smartened up and used in a chip to alter brain functions.

If you like a laugh and have looked into a few CT's, check out that film with Mel Gibson called "Conspiracy Theory" he comes off as a right loon.
The movie and probably producers or directors could be enough ammo to make a ct out of i would guess lol
Anyway i laughed at alot of it because i had researched alot of the stuff he waffles on about when appearing to be crazy.

I agree with most of that, but a slight difference with the disclosure project is that they were all backed up legally and had alot of high profile people. They were even sponsered by some suposedly famous white house corespondant Sarah Mcclendin or somthing. They also had Daniel Shehan as their 'chief council'(whatever that means). He worked with Carter and he was involved in some way with the iran contra scandal.

I think it was supposed to be the Clintins that got the ball rolling on this while they were in the white house, they sent out the CIA directer at the time to meet greer. Thats how disclosure project it started.

A pinch of salt perhaps yes, but i wouldnt lump these people in with the likes of alex jones. That would be a little insulting i think.
