concrete patches?

hi my laneway was laid with 2-3 inches of concrete 50 yrs ago and has alot of hole and tracts from rainwater. is there a resin/adhesive that i can brush onto the edges of the holes to add grip to any concrete i fill the holes with? also any tips to minimise craking and breaking out of said patces ?
