I think there is some upgrade work going on there atm. RTÉ announced a few weeks ago nationwide network upgrade work in these weeks causing intermittant interruption to services.

Do you know which transmitter you're receiving from, what UHF channel(s) are you getting Saorview on?

i am also from monaghan and have noticed this problem - i first noticed it when the Soarview was officially launched (i.e. the day that RTE jr and RTE+ were launched)...

Its on all channels and is quite annoying?

Does anybody know if this will correct its self or do i need to do something to my aerial?

Are you using the correct aerial for the transmitter indicated by the coverage checker above at your location?

Are you using an internal or external aerial?

How is the cable from the aerial to the TV?

This can also be caused by low signal level.

Has your tv tuned in duplicate channels? Look through the entire list & see if maybe the strongest signal has been relegated.
