Updating Library

    So I synced my 64GB iPod touch a few hours ago(not much new stuff on it,only 1 album I think) and everytime I try to get into my music/vids/photos i keep getting "Updating Library,This may take a few minutes".
    Now I have given it more than a few minutes on a couple of occasions and tried doing the full shut down on it aswell as plugging it back into the laptop but this message still remains,anyone any ideas please?????

    12 hours later I still cant get into my music/photos/vids but everything else working fine

    Nevermind,just let the battery run down then stuck it on charge and all is well now!!!
